Resources for Teachers and other Key Workers

Mental Health Awareness Week 2024

We’re supporting Mental Health Awareness Week, led by the Mental Health Foundation. Join in with us between the 13th – 19th May 2024. This year’s theme is ‘Movement: Moving more for our mental health’.

To mark this important date in our diaries, Facts4Life is giving you a free mental health resource you can use to teach children about the benefits of exercise for supporting their mental wellbeing.

Download your free activity mat – and follow us @facts4life to join the conversation. We’d love you to share any activities you’re organising in your setting with us!
