Healthy Families training – Practical Workshop

Why take this course?

• This new course is designed to help you provide more structured support for families in face-to-face work and run a parent workshop with small groups if you wish.
• We will equip you with a collection of Mental Health and Wellbeing resources that can be used flexibly with families
• It is based upon the key Facts4Life ideas (Riding the Ups and Downs, Keeping Balanced, Smoothing the Path) and includes themes of self-regulation and brain training.
• It will provide an opportunity to network with other practitioners and share ways of working.

Cost: Fully funded for Gloucestershire based settings.
