We are announcing a free online course for Primary school teachers in Gloucestershire to help young people manage their mental health in challenging times.
This invitation is extended to one or more teachers from schools previously trained in the Facts4Life approach to health resilience. Please book early as numbers will be limited to ensure participants have every opportunity to interact during the training session.
The course will help you to:
- Develop a language to talk about mental health with children
- Build confidence in incorporating the simple messages of brain science into the classroom to regulate emotions
- Fully utilise the Facts4Life mental health and ‘return to school’ materials
- Meet new statutory guidance on Health Education to be implemented in all schools in 2020
