This online course is designed for Primary school teachers to help young people manage their mental health. Please book early as numbers will be limited to ensure participants have every opportunity to interact during the training session.
The course will help you to:
- Develop a language to talk about mental health with children
- Build confidence in incorporating the simple messages of brain science into the classroom to regulate emotions
- Fully utilise the Facts4Life mental health materials
- Meet the statutory guidance on physical health & mental wellbeing (Health Education)
