Facts4Life has trained teachers from most primary and secondary schools in the county, providing a rich range of resources for the classroom to help children develop resilience and manage their mental and physical health.

- This new course is designed for SENDCOs, Pastoral Support Workers and Teaching Assistants who are working on a one to one basis or with small groups.
- We will equip you with a Mental Health & Wellbeing Intervention Resource linked to our Facts4Life materials.
- It is based on the key Facts4Life ideas: Riding the Ups and Downs, Keeping Balanced and Smoothing the Path, and includes themes of self-regulation and brain training.
