Facts4Life Primary Reception Training

Our course for Reception teachers is designed to help children develop resilience as they make the transition into school. Our Early Years resources have been very well received in pre-school and within reception classes – see comments below. Please book early as numbers will be limited to ensure participants have every opportunity to interact during the training.

The course will help you to:

• address with confidence health-related themes as part of the curriculum including support for mental health
• meet the new statutory guidance on Health Education

Those participating will receive:

• an introduction to the Facts4Life approach to health resilience and mental health
• a copy of our children’s book ‘This is Fin and Bear’
• access to an extensive collection of online materials on health resilience and mental health for use in the classroom
