Mental Health Awareness Week 2023

We’re supporting Mental Health Awareness Week 2023. Running between 15 – 21 May 2023, this year’s theme is #ToHelpMyAnxiety.

Facts4Life is giving you a free mental health activity mat to help you teach children about anxiety and support their mental wellbeing.

Download your free resource – and follow us @facts4life_org to join the conversation. We’d love you to share any activities you are organising in your setting with us!

We’re giving you access to impactful and age-appropriate learning resources to help children build resilience and confidence in managing their health. You can find out more about Facts4Life’s training and resources here. This training is fully funded for Gloucestershire-based settings, with a small charge for those outside the county.

If you, or a colleague, would like to attend any of these sessions, please email liz@facts4life.org to book a space.
